






Small Group Yoga classes offer a supportive, welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Classes are intentionally small so you can receive guidance and move at a pace that feels right for you. All levels are welcome, with particular care for beginners and those returning to movement after time away.
Classes may include a blend of gentle strength, mobility, breathwork, and rest, with an emphasis on listening to your body rather than pushing or performing.
Class Styles Offered
Yin Yoga
A slow, grounding practice with longer-held poses to support deep fascia release, joint health, and nervous system regulation.
Hatha Flow
A steady, balanced class combining mindful movement and pauses to build strength, stability, and awareness.
Vinyasa Flow
A more dynamic, breath-led class that links movement and breath while still offering options and rest as needed.
Gentle Yoga
A slower-paced class focused on ease, mobility, and comfort — ideal for beginners, recovery, or quieter days. Little to no stress on wrists.

Small Group Yoga classes are $30 per class.
Space is limited to keep classes supportive and to allow for indivdualized attention.
